Industry’s First ISO Registration
From the signing of the Fastener Quality Act in 1990, the company has had an A2LA accredited in-house laboratory. As the demand for Cardinal’s product grew in the wind turbine industry and OEM markets throughout the world, the company became determined to acquire the latest ISO registration to better meet our customers’ stringent requirements. This was accomplished in just six months and on January 2, 2009 Cardinal Fastener became the first fastener manufacturer in the world to receive ISO 9001:2008 registration.
